Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @runnermomcoach WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

So unfortunately I had deleted the website and blog posts just after discontinuing hosting services with Blue Host. I guess I’m asking if it is possible to restore my old runner mom coach.com blog website and its history? If there is absolutely no way to recover then I suppose I’ll have to just re cancel everything. Advice?

We only have backups for sites that are hosted here, but we do not have a connection to WordPress sites on other providers (like Bluehost) and thus we do not have any of your sites’ history or data.
To restore that you would need to contact Bluehost support and see if they can restore runnermomcoach.com from their internal backups.
If you wish to start over with a new site, you do not need to go back to Bluehost do that. You can start a new site here with us at WordPress.com, by starting here: https://wordpress.com/start/
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
