restoring subscriber lists from a deleted blog
-
i think i’ve made a big mistake..
i recently converted my clients blog from wp.com to a self hosted wp.org.. i imported / exported the old blog thinking this would include the 400+ subscribers..
i have since deleted the old wp.com account and fear i’ve lost the subscriber list for good.. please tell me there’s a way to still access the subscriber list.. i only deleted the wp.com account a few days ago..
thanks in advance, Tim.

Hello trimmymilf!
Could you send us the deleted blog address? So I can take a better look at this.

hi carinapillar,
the deleted blog address is sassybites.wordpress.com
fyi all blogs were exported to sassybites.com.au
thanks in advance..
-
trimmymilf, we can do that, but first we need you to follow the steps below:
1 – Install the Jetpack plugin at “sassybites.com.au”
2 – Connect Jetpack to the WordPress.com account from “sassybites.wordpress.com” (it isn’t the same account you’re using here)
Let us know when you finish those steps, so we can proceed with the migration.

@sassybitesblog, I finished the migration. :)
That 400+ number was counting social followers too (Twitter and Facebook), we did the migration of the blog’s subscribers, that was around 70+ subscribers.

oh ok great..

You’re welcome! :)
You can check them on the Jetpack menu at your site’s Dashboard. Here is more information that can be useful:
