Restoring the 'About' tab

  I mistakenly deleted the About tab on my header (next to ‘Home’) and I cannot find a way to restore it. Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’ve accidentally deleted it, go to your site’s Dashboard>Pages>All Pages> and you’ll see a link to Trash there towards the top of the page. If you’ve recently deleted it, you can restore it from there.
