restoring the front page

  As a novice I mistakenly deleted the front page and removed it from the trash folder. How can I restore it?

  Hi @learningstretton, if you trashed it and then also deleted it from the trash, that’s permanent — your only option is to go ahead and create the page again.

  I do see one page that is in the trash right now though. You can restore it if you’d like, via https://wordpress.com/pages/trashed
