Restoring website

Hello, our subscription lapsed and I have now renewed it – I’ve tried to restore the website from a backup but it seems to be set to ‘private’ and says it can’t connect to jetpack. I’ve tried to follow the instructions from disconnecting and reconnecting to jetpack but don’t seem to ache the menu options mentioned. It also seems to have become unlinked from our domain. I’d be grateful for any help!
