Restoring website w/ out bucket

    I was trying to take down one of our client’s websites, however I took down the wrong one. The main account is dtxcreative and the website I was hoping to restore to yesterday or any previous build before today is repeatprecision.com. Thank you so much for the help I’m potentially in lots of trouble.

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid we have no control over the site at repeatprecision.com – that domain has never been hosted on WordPress.com. There also doesn’t exist a WordPress.com account with the username, dtxcreative

    Instead, that domain is currently pointing to GoDaddy.com, so if anyone can help you restore that site, they’re your best option.

    You would have been using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org for that site. It’s not the same as the hosting provider, WordPress.com, which is where you are now :)
