Restrict Access and Follow by Email

  All Followers that had choose to follow my blog by Email (All Comments and not by Post or Page)

  This one are receiving comments from pages where a set up a password …

  If the page is Restricted, it has Password protection and appears on RSS read as (“you must login to see this”), the comment sent by email would have to has the same message??

  Is this a bug??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This might be a “feature” if they subscribe to comments – but I have flagged this for staff attention

  thanks let´s wait a formal answer but the fact is it
  for restricted pages, the comments are open by email (to those opt to follow all blog, all comments)

  Feature or not – only the staff can change the way blogs work here – if that feature is embedded in Core it would be difficult to change and take a while and would probably need to go through a review process for changing core code
