  In late 2010, when Pippin was first beginning to build his plugin development resource at https://pippinsplugins.com, he needed a membership platform that integrated well with WordPress, was simple though sufficiently powerful, and provided site visitors a way to register an account on the site and gain immediate access to premium content published on the website. After several months testing existing options, Pippin concluded it was clear that none of the current membership platforms provided what he wanted. With that, he set out to build his own, which quickly became Restrict Content Pro.

  Restrict Content Pro was designed to provide a complete membership management system that gave site administrators a clean, simple way to restrict content to paid subscribers and collect payments from paying customers. While Restrict Content Pro has never strived to provide every feature under the sun, it does aim to provide all of the fundamentals and much more in a clear, concise, and easy to use platform.

  Today, Restrict Content Pro has grown far beyond its humble beginnings and is now built and supported by a team of talented and dedicated individuals.
