  Can you setup access to an account so that instead of an unauthorized user being rejected because they are unauthorized, they are put in a list for Administrative approval? Sort of a Members Only approval list.

  Not at WP.com. But you can make a contact form and people can fill it out and ask to become approved contributors.

  If you want random members of the public to be able to post after you’ve reviewed their contribution, what you want is either a wiki or a very, very expensive blog set up like icanhascheezburger.

  How do you do a contact form. I don’t remember seeing that anywhere.
