Restricted Access to new users

  I am trying to add a new user to my site where they have access to only one of the pages. Is there a way to restrict their access to only this one page or does it have to be broader?

  That site is hosted at GoDaddy, not here at WordPress.com. You need to follow the link provided by the member of staff above and register an account at the correct support forum for your site.

You might look for ‘gated content’ or ‘paywall’ under plugins to find something well-reviewed and recently updated, or try asking in the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .
