Restricted Embedding will not work in Videopress

  I want to enable a select few websites to embed my video, but do not want the “share” option enabled.

  I have followed all the steps that support has to offer (yes the links are there saved), but it still will not allow restricted embedding.

  I have been testing it on my blog. But I have tried working with some other websites to embed it on their host websites… and it still isn’t working with them as well.

  Here is what I was testing:
  http://lily-williams.blogspot.com/2014/05/finconceivable.html

  When I add addresses to the “restricted embed” section in videopress and save them it squishes them together removing spaces after.
  Ex. “www.wordpress.com, http://www.website.com” *save* “www.wordpress.com,www.website.com”

  Could this be affecting it?

  Should I be typing in something different?

  Yes, but you have to be specific with the domain.

  You had entered http://www.blogger.com, which only means that the video will be viewable on specifically http://www.blogger.com. I changed that to lily-williams.blogspot.com, and now the video is viewable: http://lily-williams.blogspot.com/2014/05/finconceivable.html

  I had done that before but it didn’t work. Is it saving the links properly now? Can I add new ones to the list?

  Yes, it saved the link properly when I added it. Don’t include the http:// before, and add in only the specific domain, like lily-williams.blogspot.com

  prAna had a hard time embedding.

  How should I put in that website – since it is bigger?

  Same with Upworthy?
  http://www.upworthy.com/the-cutest-video-about-shark-murder-ive-ever-seen

  Put in http://www.prana.com,www.upworthy.com

  Just like you have now.

  If they’re still having trouble, please give me a link to where it is embedded, but not working.
