Restricted Menu Items

  Is it possible?, and if so how?

  To make a menu item that will only be seen by admin.
  Simple in other cms package but cant seem to find it on wordpress anywhere.

  I should add I mean a front end menu item of course.

  You can set Pages and Posts to Private – then they will only be seen by logged in users (not just Admin)
