Resume Page Template

  How about adding a resume page template?

  Since most of the themes aren’t really compatible with a typical resume format, I think it would need to be a standalone page that’s outside of the selected theme or maybe use the theme colors, but without most of the other widgets showing and set to a greater width or 100% etc.

  I know it would be a lot of work, but maybe you could use the XML Resume Library XML format and just have a couple different XSL documents that user’s could pick from for different formatting.

  One possibility is to post it as a link to a PDF which will open in the browser window if the viewer has Adobe Reader installed on their system. You could make a separate page titled “Resume” and put the link there.

  Ah, didn’t realize you could upload a PDF or DOC. Thought it needed to be an image.

  I’d still like to have a Text version, but I guess PDF works, too.

  .doc and .pdf are listed in the “uploads” area on the write page in the dashboard, but I don’t see a .txt.
