resurrect two old blogs…

  … to combine into one using theme from older one.
  I created a couple blogs in the past that I let die. I would like to resurrect them and combine them with my newest one.
  I am unable to find the information I need in order to do that.
  Problem 1: I do not have access to the log-in for the old sites. Maybe an old email address I no longer use.
  Problem 2: Getting them joined together as one blog keeping the theme of an older site while maintaining the information of the newer one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
