Retain domain name

    I recent cancelled my plan but i would like to retain my domain name. Is this still possible?

    hi there,

    After cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.

    I have added “modlook” tag for the staff assistance. You will get a reply soon from the staff.

    Hi there,

    If you want to use your domain somewhere else, then the best option is to let your domain to fully expire (it only takes 5 days since you just registered) and register again at the provider of your choice.

    If you want to keep your domain with us I can email you a payment request or you can purchase one of our plans and then I’ll be able to restore it.
