Retain old content with new URL

    Basically, I want to rename my blog and I want the new title as my new URL. However, I also want to retain every other thing: posts, followers, likes and comments etc. How do I do this?

    Hi,

    See the Change a Blog Address support page. However, any links to the old address (internal links, links in search engine results, bookmarks, email messages, etc.) will be broken. That’s why the support page suggests the Site Redirect upgrade, saying:

    If you follow this guide and change your blog address, [then links] to your old address, including search engine results, will be broken unless you add a Site Redirect upgrade.
