Retreive expired domain
-
Hi. It looks like my domain is ‘set to deletion’ because my credit card payment didn’t process. Can someone please help me renew it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Please share your domain name that has been expired. Once a domain expires, it goes through a series of steps that make it increasingly difficult (and more expensive) to renew. An expired domain falls into a grace period for about 10 days to two weeks. During this short window, the domain can be renewed at the regular price.
I have added MODLOOK to this thread so staff can help you with renewal.
Please keep patience while someone from support staff gets back to you.You can read more about domain expiration on this page:
Thanks!

Hi there,
Are you speaking of flairmiami.com?
That domain expired on 9 March and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Hi @vanniagiacoman, I’ve just created an invoice and sent you a link. Can you update us here as soon as you’ve paid that, so we can reach out to the registrar?
It typically takes about a business day to get the domain back once we hear back from you, so please take care of that and update us here as soon as possible. Talk to you soon!

Hi there,
I have reached out to our registrar so that we can restore your domain. It should take a business day and we’ll post here to let you know once it is restored.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Your flairmiami.com domain has been restored to your account, and is loading a self-hosted WordPress site, as the domain is using the following name servers:
dns.site5.com dns2.site5.com
Feel free to open another thread should you have any questions in the future!
