RETRIEVAL OF ACCOUNT/ DOMAIN NAME

    I unfortunately loss my foundation website’s domain name and need to retrieve it. My email account is also now in limbo. What do I do?

    Is your domain name hosted with WordPress.com? What is the URL of your website?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never owned a domain with us.

    If you’re speaking of b4pcodefound.org, we can only help with that site if contacted by the account, mutyabaleleng12, who owns it.

    That said, the domain b4pcodefound.org expired several months ago and has already been removed from our system. We have no way to recover that domain any more, but mutyabaleleng12 who owns the site might be able to repurchase it.

    Before they’d be able to do that we will have to help them add a new Business Plan to the site, though, so please ask them to open their own support request for help with that.
