Hi there:
I’m not showing that
resiliencystrong.comwas ever mapped to a WordPress.com hosted website – currently the domain nameservers are set to point to GoDaddy. Can you let us know if one of the two WordPress.com hosted sites under your account was the site you’re looking for? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

I changed the primary site to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com
Originally resiliencystrong.com was redirected to briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com which is what got deleted. I want to have that back if possible with resiliencystrong.com being redirected to my personal page (briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com)
Is that what you are talking about? That is the information that is on my account settings.

I have restored the
briannamarieparsons.wordpress.comsite to your account. You previously had a Site Redirect upgrade from
resiliencystrong.wordpress.comtobriannamarieparsons.wordpress.com, though I don’t see theresiliencystrong.comdomain ever being connected to either site. Please keep in mind, to connect your GoDaddy domain, you would need a plan upgrade. It’s worth noting that a new annual plan purchase includes a one-year free domain registration. You can use this to transfer your domain to WordPress.com, extending its expiry by a year.
If you’re interested in that, you can review plan pricing and features here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Hope that helps.

So, in order to have my original domain of resiliencystrong back, I would need to pay for an upgrade, or would I have to get a new domain name?
When I first purchased the domain name of resiliency strong, I had it directed to briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com, so, I don’t know why that is not showing up.
Thanks!

Also, I am not seeing the briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com in my account. It shows two website of the same domain. It shows the resiliencystrong.wordpress.com

The
resiliencystrong.comdomain is registered with GoDaddy: https://gwhois.org/resiliencystrong.com+dnsWere you perhaps forwarding your domain from GoDaddy to WordPress.com?
If yes, you could set that up again without having to upgrade. Otherwise, a plan upgrade is necessary to connect a domain and set it as your primary domain.
Also, I am not seeing the briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com in my account. It shows two website of the same domain. It shows the resiliencystrong.wordpress.com
When I visit My Sites → Switch Sites, I see both of your WordPress.com sites:
If you’re not seeing this, please clear your browser cache. Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
If you’re still not seeing the site you had in mind, perhaps it was hosted with GoDaddy instead?

Yes, I was trying to have resiliencystrong domain through godaddy be redirected to the WordPress site.
Can we please have the resiliencystrong domain redirected to the resiliencystrong.wordpress.com?
I see both accounts, I just did not see the briannamarieparsons.wordpress account on there.
Thanks!
-
Please have it so when people type in resiliencystong.com it will be directed to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com
-
I purchased the site direct to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com but then asked for a refund as it was not what I wanted. Would I need to purchase that again to have the website work properly?
Have it work properly so when people type in resiliencystrong.com it goes to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com
-
I see both accounts, I just did not see the briannamarieparsons.wordpress account on there.
Thanks for clarifying! It looks like we missed the last step of adding you back onto the site. You should see it in your site list now.
Please have it so when people type in resiliencystong.com it will be directed to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com
Since your domain is registered at GoDaddy and you don’t have a paid upgrade to use the domain here at WordPress.com, you would set up the redirect at GoDaddy. This is not something we can do for you.
Here are some instructions that will help you get that set up: https://www.godaddy.com/help/forward-my-domain-with-godaddy-12123
I hope that helps!
-
Okay, thank you so much! Sorry for being a bit confusing. I hope you have a great weekend!

I purchased a redirect and then asked for a refund. Does that mean the redirect page I got a refund for will not be accessible anymore? I purchased a refund for the redirect of my website to resiliencystrong.wordpress.com.
If I got a refund, would that mean resiliencystrong.wordpress.com will no longer be accessible?
-
A Site Redirect upgrade, which you purchased and refunded, is to direct a WordPress.com URL, like https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/ to a site hosted elsewhere.
From what I understand, this is the opposite you want to do.
If you want resiliencystrong.com to go to https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/ you have two options:
1. Connect the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ This requires a paid WordPress.com plan, any paid plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
2. Forward the domain through your domain registrar (GoDaddy). This will likely be free, that depends on GoDaddy, but we can’t guarantee it will work perfectly.
-
Okay, thank you! So, if I forward the domain from GoDaddy to the WordPress site (resiliencystrong.wordpress.com), it would work because what I refunded was for the WordPress site to go elsewhere?
The resiliencystrong.wordpress.com site is active, it just won’t go to another site as I go the refund.

Essentially yes, but we can’t guarantee it will work perfectly.
We can only guarantee it will work perfectly if you connect the domain, option 1 above.
The resiliencystrong.wordpress.com site is active, it just won’t go to another site as I go the refund.
That is correct, you can see it at https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/
-
Okay, thank you! Originally, I had resiliencystrong (the domain) go to briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com.
When I did the redirect, my personal website went away. However, I got it back onto my account. So, now it is like it was before, where resiliencystrong directs to briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com.
There should be no changes in that if I put it back to how it originally was?
-
I’m not entirely sure what you’re referring to, sorry. There are currently no redirects on your account.
Please use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot of what you see when you click this: https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/
-
When you say no redirects on my account, do you mean that no URL on my WordPress account is redirected to another website?
If so, that is true.
What I am referring to is before I purchased the redirect, my URL link was briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com and that went away when I got the redirect link.
I purchased a domain name of resiliencystrong and made it so when I or my audience would type in resiliencystrong.com, it would direct them to briannmarieparsons.wordpress.com.
After I got the refund, I got the briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com site back on my account and use my domain name of resiliencystrong to take the audience to my personal website URL.
