Retrieval of Site

I purchased the domain four years ago*
Then after I got the redirect, my personal URL (briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com) went away.
After I got my refund, my personal URL came back when I asked WordPress to put it back.
I am just wondering if since I had to put my URL back into my account, it would work the same as it did before where I typed in resiliencystrong.com it would go to my personal URL.

Oh, I think I see the confusion.
https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/ is one site titled “Resiliency Strong.”
And https://briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com/ is an entirely separate site also titled “Resiliency Strong.”
There is no redirect here, just two sites with the same name.
To avoid any confusion, you might want to re-title the undesired site, or even delete it: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
As these are two entirely separate sites, you can re-title or delete https://briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com/ without affecting https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/

There are two titled the same thing, but the domain name only goes to the briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com as that is how I have it set up on GoDaddy.
What do you mean when you say ‘there is no redirect here’. The WordPress sites are not redirected?

Ah, if you have a redirect set through GoDaddy, then that’s set through them, we wouldn’t see it on our end.
If you want http://resiliencystrong.com to go to https://resiliencystrong.wordpress.com/ instead of https://briannamarieparsons.wordpress.com/ again, you have two options:
1. Connect the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ This requires a paid WordPress.com plan, any paid plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ (if you want to do this, start at https://wordpress.com/plans/resiliencystrong.wordpress.com )
2. Forward the domain through your domain registrar (GoDaddy). This will likely be free, that depends on GoDaddy, but we can’t guarantee it will work perfectly. (this option is controlled through GoDaddy, not us, so we cannot assist with it)
