  I would like to retrieve a blog I deleted. I did not realize that I had forgotten to change the name server and now I cannot open a new webpage.

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible. Note deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
