Hi there,
Which domain are you wanting to restore? jennifergalecia.com? I saw that you canceled both onhervanity.com and jennifergalecia.com
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore the domain to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hello thank you for replying, I was leaning more towards jennifergalecia.com please. And another question, if I am able to retrieve this domain does the expiration date still apply? And if it does will the “jennifergalecia.com” be available to used elsewhere?

Hey Darnell,
One more question, if regaining the domain jennifergalecia.com is a success in order to use it again I’d have to purchase again too?

Hey Darnell,
one more question if it is a success on retrieving the domain jennifergalecia.com I have to pay for it again? Sent from my iPhone

Hi there,
The original expiration does apply and since we refunded the amount back to you for the domain, yes, you would have to purchase the subscription again.
Thanks!

Alright, thank you. You don’t have to retrieve it back. I just wanted to know if I’m able to use that address ever again on another host as it is my name.
-
Since I don’t want my domain back I would like to use http://www.jennifergalecia.com on another host please.

Hey there,
If you’re wanting to use your domain at another host, you should never cancel it at your current host because once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore the domain back to your account, but again, I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.
Let me know if you would like for me to try and regain the domain for you.
Thanks!
