Retrieve domain name

  Hi,

  I bought a domain name (yanncalinski.com) which I lost my when canceling my subscription by mistake. I want to re-buy a plan (4e per month one) and use this domain name, but it is not offered anymore. Could you help please ?

  I see that you deleted yanncalinski.wordpress.com as well. Were you just wanting to get the domain back? Create a new site for the domain? What site did you want to connect the domain to?

  I just would like to create a new site using the domain yanncalinski.com !
  Yes yanncalinski.wordpress.com is correct

  Let me know how if I could use yanncalinski.com again once I create a new website, now it says its expired.

  Ah okay, I see the cancelled domain.

  We can restore it for you if you’d like, and restore the base address yanncalinski.wordpress.com as well. You’d just need to pay for it again, so we’ve sent an invoice. Can you update us here when it’s paid?

  Or, the other option is to allow the cancellation to continue, then you can re-register the domain as you’d like. Let us know if you’re going that route instead and we’ll cancel the payment request.

  Okay Yann, we will allow the cancellation to continue. I should have mentioned, it does take 5 days for a domain to be released after you cancel it. If that changes things, let us know.

  As a separate question, do you want us to restore the base address? yanncalinski.wordpress.com

  Hi there,

  I just checked and the domain yanncalinski.com is available for registration. Are you getting some sort of error, or are you not getting that domain suggestion when you’re typing it at the Add Domain page?
