retrieve domain name

    Hi,
    I made a mistake to cancel my domain name: biblicalcounsellingwithsooyoungkim.org.
    My intention was to consider upgrade to personal plan. But now it says the domain is mapt to WordPress. Please advise how or if I can retrieve it.

    Hi there!

    If you wanted to upgrade to Premium, you could have done so without first canceling your Personal plan. Canceling the plan put the domain in a pending cancellation state, so that’s why it wasn’t reactivated when you purchased Premium.

    While the new plan is in place, it looks like you used the first-year free domain credit to purchase the domain biblicalcounsellingsooyoungkim.org instead. If you want to recover biblicalcounsellingwithsooyoungkim.org, you would need to pay the $18 registration fee.

    Just let us know and we’ll send an invoice over to pay for the domain registration and restore it to your account.
