[retrieve my deleted domain] when could I retrieve *.wordpress.com domain?
-
Hi All,
Last week, I accidentally deleted an account with a domain.
————————————-
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
AAA.wordpress.com
————————————-Now, I currently use some other account and domain.
—————————
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
BBB.wordpress.com
—————————I would like to you the domain (AAA.wordpress.com) on the account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). But, when I tried to find that domain, I couldn’t find it on a domain search result.
What should I do?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
-
Hi there,
Deleting sites under one account does not free it for use under another. Rather, deleting a site is permanent and neither the owner or anyone else would ever be able to use the site in the future. 30 days after the site is deleted, it is also purged and permanently inaccessible. However, you can recover the site if you deleted it within 30 days.

If you want to transfer the site from one account to a different account, you will need to follow the steps here:
What is the URL of the site you deleted? If it is under a different account, please post in this thread under that account along with the URL of the site. As long as it has been less than 30 days, I’ll undelete the site for you.
Thanks,
-
Hi Darnell,
I am sincerely appreciating for your detailed and kind support. :)
Q1.
It has been less than 30 days, could you please undelete my site? I would like to transfer from the current account to the old account.———-
deleted account: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
deleted domain: atmcl.wordpress.com
———-
current account: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
current domain: atmcl20.wordpress.com
———-Please let me explain the situation.
1. I created an account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) on WordPress.com
2. I created a website with the domain (atmcl.wordpress.com)
3. Actually, I didn’t have that Google account, I visited Google and tried to create the account ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
4. Google stopped me to create an account because *atmcl* is less than 6 letters.
5. So, I used the account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) without email authentification.
6. I accidentally delete that account.
7. Because I didn’t have the transaction ID or activation URL or two-factor authentication codes, I couldn’t fill out the Account Recovery form(https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
).I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
-
In order to recover
atmcl.wordpress.comwe will need to receive the request from the account which owns it.That particular account has not been deleted, so you will need to recover access to it.
Please send an email to
passwordhelp (at) wordpress (dot) comexplaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you. -
