Retrieve my domain name

    The domain name is : helstroffer.com

    I canceled my subscription to premium plan today. 96€ for subscription cancellation + domain name.

    After that, I learned that my domain name will be available few weeks later and it’s gonna be a little too long to wait.

    So I would like to retrieve helstroffer.com without the premium plan if possible.

    Have you made a free account yet? Once you do, you should be able to add a domain you own under Configure/Domains. If you just deleted the account today, I think you should have access to it for the next 60 days or so, and once you claim it, it should cost $18 a year.

    nohoperadio – Because this domain was already registered and then cancelled it is not available to be registered again as new right away. This is the reason for the post. Please read over the domain information in our support guides.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve restored the domain to your account. Now you can go ahead and point it to another service. Please confirm that you can see the domain when clicking on My Sites – Domains.

    Here are the instructions to edit the DNS records which will allow you do point the domain elsewhere: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/

    Once the domain is 60 days old you’ll be able to transfer it outright to a new registrar if you want. It’s not possible to transfer it before the 60 day mark as part of an ICANN regulation.

    If you decide to transfer at that time you’ll follow these steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

    I’ve sent a note your way via email with a payment link for the domain registration. Once you cancelled it we processed a complete refund, so it needs to be paid for again.
