  I want to retrieve my expired site (still within the grace period) and move it out of premium – how do I do that…

  Hello Marie –

  I’ve cancelled the Premium Upgrade for you and send a manual payment request to the email on file for the site to renew just the domain aspect of things. (It’s a different user than the one you posted here with.)
