Retrieve my name servers and domain after deleted account
-
Hello,
I deleted my account but didn’t change the name servers. I cannot point my name servers on GoDaddy to my new site.
How can I retrieve this and get my domain back?

Hi there,
Please note that you were only mapping your domain to us. The domain is actually registered with GoDaddy as seen here:
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=eagleappcompany.com
You can update your nameservers through your registrar.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!

It says that it “the zone file is unavailable because the domain’s set nameservers do not belong to this registrar.”
I cannot access my DNS section in GoDaddy.
-
Name Server: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
Name Server: NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
Name Server: NS3.WORDPRESS.COMI believe that they need to be removed from your side before I can get access back on Godaddy.
When I click on the DNS section, that message is all that I see. No function to edit anything. Just a white page and that message on my DNS tab.
So what do we need to do? I pointed it to WordPress and now I need to get it released from WordPress. I deleted the site and can’t get back to the records. I had this happen before. WP needs to do something, I believe.
Thanks. I have people I’m paying by the hour to do some work for me and they cannot move ahead until this is resolved. Anything you can do right now would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.

Hi there,
We’re you able to figure it out? You should be able to change it at your registrar as we wouldn’t be able to make to changes on our end.
