    I need to urgently Retrieve my website http://www.iameofl.co.uk , i am not a web developer so need help with this , Go daddy who hold my domain name have advised me to contact you for the back up my phone number is [redacted by mod] many thanks

    Hello there, WordPressdotcom does not provide phone support. As you are posting in a public forum, I’ve removed your phone number.

    It looks like not only is GoDaddy your domain registrar, it looks like your domain is pointing to their name servers. Since WordPressdotcom does not have access to your servers, I’m not sure why GoDaddy advised you that WordPressdotcom has a back up copy of your standalone WordPress site.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
