Retrieve old domain

  Hi everyone. I used to have my domain hosted on WordPress but used a company to update my website. They redesigned my website and hosted it elsewhere. However I prefer my old site so I was wondering if I could move the domain back to the old WordPress location. Thank you.

  Hi there,
  In case you have admin privilege of your domain, in your case I suppose that’s your account in that company’s website, you can always point it to anywhere you like.
  You can try finding the suitable tutorial in that company’s guideline, or just address the company name, I would happily find that for you.

  Hi there,

  What is the address of the site, please? The account you’re using to post here only owns the free WordPress.com site, https://kauaitrojan.wordpress.com/, and that site has never been used since its creation in 2015. This account has never had any site connected to a custom domain on our servers.

  If your site was built using the WordPress software at another host, you’ll need to contact that hosting provider for help with this.
