Retrieve old username

  Hi there,

  Sorry for asking this, this question must have been asked too many times by now…but…

  Is it possible to get an old username back? I messed up the one that I actually wanted in the end for my site… :-|

  Sorry again for asking this….I just want to be sure what’s possible here.

  Read: Change Your Username

  Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use. If you just want to show your name differently please only change your Display Name. https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
