  I use to have a website using WordPress but ceased using it a year later. How do I get my old website back?

  Do you in any way happen to remember your account details like email, pwd, website name or anything?

  You can follow the steps below for account recovery.

  You can fill out this account recovery form if you forgot both email and password:

  Please make sure not to post any sensitive details like email or password in the forum for security reasons.

  Thank you for your reply. I know what my website name was and my old email but can not access the old website. I can’t find a number for wordpress to ask a technician if it is possible to retrieve the information.

  Hi there,

  WordPress do not have any number. It’s all via forums or chat(for business plan users).
  If you do remember your email and website name, you can fill out the account recovery form below which will help you retrieve your account information.

  I will also add a ‘modlook’ tag so that you can get a staff to reply here and assist you better.

  Also, if you still have access to the old email address, you can likely just reset your password if needed.
