retrieve older version

I am working with the original Alidropship plugin which is unfortunetly not compatible with the Elementor which I found out too late :( Unfortunetly I lost my original site. Is there a possibility to retrieve my site and wordpress account as it was prior to 23.3?WP.com: Unknown

Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. It was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we’re unable to directly assist with this.
Your best option in this case would be to ask your hosting provider if they have a backup of your account with them.
