  Our company website went down today and the person who signed up for it is no longer working with us. How can we retreive it?

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

  And I can’t post on the other forum because it’s asking for our company’s account information and we don’t have it. The person who registered this site is no longer working for us and unfortunately, he did not turn over the details. I am not sure if this is just a billing issue. If it is, we want to fix it. We just want to know on how. Thanks!

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Although we’d love to help, we can’t really do so because your site isn’t hosted here. Since you’re having issues with the self-hosted forums and are considering the possibility of it being a billing issue, I would recommend speaking to your hosting provider.
