Retrieve subscribers
-
I connected a new website I was developing to WordPress via Jetpack during the development phase so that I could show my client the site as it would be.
Unfortunatley I did not disconnect and reconnect the site once the site was live. This didn’t appear to matter as everything worked fine except that when publicize posted blog posts it gave the development url which is http://79.170.44.155/plantation.org.uk/.
Realising what I’d done I disconnected from WordPress and reconnected using the live url http://plantation.org.uk/. This solved the publicize problem but we lost the stats and the blog subscribers. I had backed up the stats so we’re fine there but the site had already received 60 blogs subscriptions.
The development url is still listed when I login to WordPress so I’m hoping this data still exists. Is there anyway I can retrieve this data?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at 79.170.44.155 does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you’ll find help at the WordPress.org forums.
If you don’t understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

Have you checked here? http://jetpack.me/support/
Also note that the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
If you can’t find help at either one then you can file a jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

Hi there,
We’ve fixed this up on our end, so your subscribers and stats are now linked to your live site instead of the development site. Can you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack once again? That will refresh the information on your end.
Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)
