  Hello there. I hired a developer and he is trying to access 15 of our wordpress sites to make some changes to the sites but I can not find my username/password to pass along to them. Ugh!

  Your account is only 12 minutes oké and doesn’t have a website running on the WordPress.com platform. What is the URL of your site running on the WordPress.com platform?

  None of those sites are hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The passwords for thoes sites have no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
