Retrieve website

    Hello,

    I am a beginner in WordPress and I am trying to take over a website that has been created by a previous designer who does not answer anymore.

    The website in question is http://www.mygreenhostel.com.

    The owner of the account gave me only the WordPress login of the account I am contacting you with.

    My problem is that I can’t find the WordPress editor of the website in question. It is online but I don’t find any trace of it in this WordPress account.
    Can you help me retrieve this website?

    Hi there,

    It looks like this is regarding a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which is separate from WordPress.com. You can read more about that difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

    That being said, we wouldn’t be able to help you gain access, however you’ll want to reach out to your host, InMotion. Hopefully they can assist here!
