  last week i delete my blog address by using wordpress for some reason. now i try to find if any recover function. how to get back the address

  It’s unfortunate that you ignored all the warnings and deleted the URL. You cannot register any deleted blog URL. One has to ignore at least three warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible and then click a verification link in an email to delete a blog.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
