Retrieved My Creator Plan and Domain

  According to the recipient from the email. I’ve already pay for the subscription renewal at 2024 April 27. But I received a subsequent email shows that my subscription on ‘WordPress.com Creator’ and domain (shabafarm.com) has been refund, and my website’s domain was switched to ‘shabafarm.wpcomstaging.com’ as well.

  I’ve tried to retrieve the domain but it shows ‘This domain is still valid, but currently not responsive. Please try again later or contact the support team.’ Since I’m running a business on this website, could you help me to check what’s going on and help me to retrieved my plan and domain?
