  How come that I can’t contact wordpress directly to retrieve information on an account that I pay for annually?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While logged into the WordPress.com account that has a paid upgrade, visit this page and submit the form. You may see an option for live chat there if you have a paid plan and staff are available.
