Retrieving Content and Blog

  My company had previously hosted their website via wordpress but in the transition to the new platform, the blog and content for the website is inaccessible. Is there any way to retrieve the content and blog that existed before? We’d like to migrate the data to our new platform.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only site in your account is https://ijustneedsupportblog.wordpress.com/ and that site does not contain any content. What is the URL of the site you want to access, please? It’s not possible to help you without that.

  The website would be https://www.theconnectioncc.com.

  That domain is not registered or hosted with us, but it looks like it was registered with networksolutions.com. The site showing at that domain is also not a WordPress.com site, but a self-hosted WordPress.org site which is not connected to our system in any way.

  If you previously had a different site at that domain, you’ll need to contact whichever hosting service you used to host that site, but that domain has never been used with any site on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help you in this case.
