Retrieving domain
-
I have registered a blog for my daughter years ago. We lost all the registration information used to register the site. Now we are trying to get back access to the site but seems there is no way that it could be done. The site is haunting her now that she is a teenage. Her friends are laughing at her post when she was young and are now her causing emotional stress to her. May i know how am i going to shut the blog or regain access to it? I think WordPress should consider a method for cases like this. Really hope for some help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.
Use this form to provide proof of ownership: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

The problem is that its been so many years ago that paypal no longer keep the records. And if i had those information i would have been able to retrieve it back. Really wonder how i could. Its really breaking my daughter down. Its really not fair that she suffer like this.

If you add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread, that will flag it for a staff member’s attention.

Hi there,
If you get in touch with us via the Account Recovery form we can, at the very least, set the blog to private:

I am not able to submit the form as i do not have any of the proof of account. System will not allow me to submit anything without it.
