Retrieving email account from previous site with Titan

    Hello,

    I am trying to recover my websites email account (Titan)

    I have accidentally deleted my email account and the website as I changed to a hosting plan. I need to recover my email account and all email data.

    I contacted Titan and they have said it is possible to recover I just need to contact the Support Team. Can someone please advise who I should contact and what the process is?

    I then want to look at transferring this over to the new site. Any help greatly appreciated !

    Hi @byballinger, we’ll need to un-delete the site first, so we can restore your upgrades. Then you’ll need to pay for those, and then we can work on the restore.
