retrieving email hosted by Network Solutions

    Last week I spoke with a superb person at WordPress that helped me with some issues. My website had gone down after 3 different Network Solutions contacts provided different information each time I called. My website was back up after I put in the MX record changes suggested by WordPress. Yay! However, I am no longer able to retrieve emails through Network Solutions by going to http://mail.sarahcornwelljewelry.com. It takes me to my website rather. I think there is something I am missing in redirecting the sarahcornwelljewelry.WORDPRESS.com
    I would be grateful for some help from your end or insight as to what to request from NS, as they are deplorable to work with.
