Retrieving email subscribers

  Hello

  I am helping out a friend with some of her email stuff. She has MailPoet Newsletters with a sign up form on the front page of her site. When attempting to sign into it (in the hopes of finding her subscriber list and their info) it comes up with a blank page that says:

  You are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.

  Any tips on what is happening, and most importantly how to find and retrieve her subscriber list?
