Retrieving Lost Password

    Hello! Recently, my website was hacked. I’ve since gotten rid of the malware and bought a security service to keep it from happening again. Unfortunately, the hackers must have changed my admin login password. I’ve tried to get an email sent to my recovery email so I can reset it, but the email never arrives, which makes me worry the hackers changed the recovery email as well. Is there anything I can do in this situation?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. While you can manage it from the WordPress.com interface thanks to the Jetpack plugin, the Jetpack connection does not give us any control over your site’s database, which is where this needs to be fixed.
