Retrieving my domain

    I would like to keep my domain but it was cancelled with my premium plan instead. Could you reverse that process and restore my domain? Thank you.

    Hi @drjuliafoo, we can restore the domain but you would need a plan with it if you’d like to keep hosting the site with us.

    Do you want to just restore the domain and point it to another host? Or would you like us to restore the plan? Let us know and we can work up an invoice and get the proper upgrades restored.
