Retrieving my site's username and password when I can't access the site

  A plugin error has my site, themasterwordsmith.com, down. I’m trying to use an FTP server to get around that and delete the plugin, but none of the username and password combos I’m using are working (probably because either the site or WordPress has them autosaved, so I’m not able to remember them accurately). What do I do here?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
