Retrieving old analytics?

    Hello, I just realized that I had to turn on stats functions in my website. Is there a way for me to retrieve analytics for my site for 2018, 2019, and 2020?

    Hi there,

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end.

    Is it possible you created your site under another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Is it environmentalbiotechnology.org?

    If that is the site, I can see it was connected to the Jetpack Plugin recently, which enables stats on your site. However, we only have stats starting at the time you connected. Prior to that your site was never in our system (we just learned of it) so we do not have any historical data.

    You may wish to check with your hosting provider (Bluehost) to see if they offer any server-level stats on their end, but we do not have any stats on our end other than the ones you see now.
