Retrieving Old Website Support

  Hello,

  I kept a blog for my son’s medical issues in 2013-2014 and I can’t locate it on my account now. I’m wondering if I completely deleted it and it cannot be reclaimed or if I’m just doing something incorrectly. Any guidance is much appreciated.

  Hi there, If you can’t get to it by clicking My Sites in the upper left corner of your web browser, it’s likely under a different username account to this one you’re using to post to these forums.

  First log out of this account at https://wordpress.com/me (click on the Log Out button on the left side) and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  If you don’t remember the correct username or the email address and you had email notifications of new comments or feedback on your site, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then checking all your active email accounts to see where the email notification goes.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
